Games on Demand this August

Microsoft announced a new service recently, but it was almost unheard. People know about it, but not enough and nobody really made a point to let anyone know of the service. Games on Demand is coming this August. What is it? Games on Demand let’s you buy and download full retail games like Mass Effect and Assassin’s Creed onto your Xbox 360. It will launch with only a few titles, and it’s not known exactly what we’ll see on it. Will all new games be added? Only select titles? We don’t know any of that yet. We also don’t know how much space these games will take up, but I’d have to think that it will be a lot. And that stinks for me because I still have a 20GB harddrive so it looks like I’ll either have to upgrade, or I could simply just continue buying the retail copy. Games on Demand will take Microsoft Points, debit, and credit cards to buy games.
